On of our rituals: the xmas meal according a recipe from Christiane’s mother. We cook it all ourselves (this means a lot for me who likes convenience food). Today we had fun preparing our Xmas meal when returning from ice skating. Although it took more than an hour for chopping, slicing, mixing and cooking. Its composed of potatoes, pan fried onion-ham-pepper vegetables and a delicious and sophisticated red wine sauce for the pork chop.

How beautiful! Related Posts:Today I sold my car. Its name was “Black devil”. I had a good time with him. We have been from Sicily to Sylt. Good Bye and have a good time in Northern Germany. I named him in contrast to Christianes car which is a black Corsa which she calls “Black Beauty”. Why do women name their cars?
Black Devil Related Posts:I had bought a monthly bus ticket after selling my car and had started to enjoy driving by bus and metro. The busstop is 4 minutes walking distance away from my appartment. I drive around 10 minutes and the bus stops directly in front of my work place. Bus requency around every 20 minutes. Now the new car has arrived much earlier then expected. Goodbye Bus driving. Thursday March 13th 2008 I fetched it at my local Nissan dealer. Here it is “Black devil No.2”:
